Tracey is a great spokesperson for the joys of an Arizona lifestyle, especially after growing up in Wyoming and finally getting tired of the "83-below-zero wind chill" (literally) and cars that would freeze up while their motors were running.
Actually, Tracey was born in Phoenix but moved to Gillette, Wyoming, at the age of 11 when her father's job transferred him there. After attending the University of Wyoming, Tracey made her first return to Arizona, where she got married and became a mother.
But a few years later, business again led Tracey's family to a chillier climate as she began a career in food-service marketing in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Fortunately, Tracey was able to move back to Arizona again in 1997 when other career opportunities became available. Since then, her experience has encompassed consumer marketing, media and merchandising as well as custom branded promotional products, event planning and more, including communications management for nearly 200 KFC locations across the Southwest.
In 2011, Tracey joined Canyon, seamlessly making the transition from retail/consumer marketing and advertising to b2b communications. After several years of using traditional media, Tracey was drawn to Canyon's cutting-edge marketing innovations and new industries that embrace ever-changing technology.
When not working or spending time with her family and her "very energetic" standard poodle, Tracey enjoys hiking and water-color painting . . . confidently knowing the water's not going to freeze.
